Knutsford Bunny Hop is hopping back to town this month on Easter Saturday!
The family centred event invites local families to search for eight bunnies in Knutsford Town Centre, each bunny has a letter on it which together spell a hidden phrase! If you find all eight letters you can submit your completed entry form to a special post box at Mr Simms Sweet Shop on King Street and this will enter you into a prize draw, with a chance to win one of 3 special prizes including sweets and toys!
Little ones can enjoy free face painting at Knutsford Market Hall on Silk Mill Street from 10am – 12pm! Parents can bring their children with their Easter bonnets to Mr Simms at 10.30am for an Easter Bonnet Competition, with prizes for the winner and two runners up!
The event is kindly sponsored by Mere Day Nursery, who have generously supported the event for a few years.
Bunny Hop Friendly Shops will have posters in their windows which will let attendees know if they can enjoy freebies or promotions at that shop or business.
Alex Brown, Events Officer at Knutsford Town Council, said: “We’re excited this event is finally able to go ahead after two years off due to the pandemic. It’s a lovely way to celebrate Easter in the town! We would like to remind parents that roads remain open during this event so please keep your little ones close by at all times!”
You can find full information regarding the event on the town council website or by visiting the Bunny Hop social media pages.
