Detectives investigating an armed robbery at a phone shop in Crewe have charged a man in connection with the incident.
Steven Zehi was arrested on Friday 27th June and has since been charged with three counts of robbery, two counts of possessing a knife in a public place, criminal damage, and resisting arrest.
One count of robbery and one count of possessing a knife in a public place relate to an incident in Crewe on Friday 27th June.
The remaining counts relate to incidents in London which occurred between Wednesday 30 April and Tuesday 10th June.
The 27-year-old of Great Amwell Lane, Hornsey, London, has been remanded in custody and is set to appear at Chester Magistrates’ Court today, Monday 30th June.
