A man who was arrested following a police pursuit which ended in Middlewich has now been charged.
Kyle Perkins was arrested in the early hours of Thursday 30th January, following a pursuit which began at junction 17 of the M6 near Sandbach.
The 35-year-old of Oak Street, Clydach, Tonypandy, has since been charged with dangerous driving, failing to stop for officers, failing to provide a specimen for officers and failing to cooperate with a preliminary test.
Perkins has been remanded in custody and is set to appear at Chester Magistrates Court on Friday 31st January.
