Detectives investigating an incident where a man and a woman were attacked by a dog in Crewe have now charged a man in relation to the incident.
Shaun Nolan was arrested at around 12.20pm on Friday 28 February following the incident on Davenport Avenue, Crewe where a man and a woman were attacked.
The 38-year-old has since been since charged with owning a dangerous and out of control dog.
Nolan is set to appear at Chester Magistrates' Court later today (Monday 3 March).
