Detectives have charged a man following reports of indecent exposures in Middlewich.
Christopher Higgins was arrested on Thursday 22nd January, following reports that an unknown man had exposed himself earlier that day on Holmes Chapel Road in Middlewich.
The 50-year-old, of no fixed abode, has since been charged with outraging public decency, and two counts of exposure.
Higgins has been remanded in custody and is set to appear at Chester Crown Court on Monday 23rd February.
