A man from Northwich has been charged with breaching a criminal behaviour order.
Luke Weedall was arrested earlier today, Wednesday 18th March, following reports that he had breached his three-year order criminal behaviour order.
The order was originally granted at Chester Magistrates’ Court on Friday 12th September 2025, and as part of the strict condition the 37-year-old is banned from entering seven retail stores in Northwich.
The breach relates to an incident on Tuesday 17th March where Weedall is alleged to have entered a store on Leicester Street, Northwich.
Following questioning, Weedall of Heber Walk, has been charged with one count of breaching a criminal behaviour order.
He has been remanded in custody and will appear at Chester Magistrates Court on Wednesday 18th March.
