Officers are appealing for witnesses to come forward following a collision in Crewe.
A report was received at 7.26am on Wednesday 28 July of a collision involving a black Ford Fiesta and a white Hyundai on Groby Road between the junctions of Stoneley Road and Warmingham Road.
The driver of the Hyundai, a man in his 20s, was taken to hospital with serious and life-threatening injuries.
Officers are asking for anyone who may have been in the area at around the time of the collision or may have captured dashcam of the vehicles involved.
