A man from Sandbach has been charged with driving offences.
Wayne Chadburn, of London Road, was stopped by officers at around 12.20pm on Tuesday 31 May while driving on the M6 northbound between junction 19 to junction 20.
The 34-year-old was arrested on suspicion of driving while disqualified and driving without insurance and subsequently charged.
He has been remanded in custody and is due to appear at Chester Magistrates Court today (Wednesday 1 June).
