East Cheshire NHS Trust staff will be running through the streets of Manchester in May, as they take on the AJ Bell Great Manchester Run.
The popular event takes place on Sunday 26th May, with both clinical and corporate staff involved in the 10K race including Director of Nursing and Quality, Kate Daly-Brown and Medical Director, John Hunter, with all monies raised going towards their local NHS charity.
East Cheshire NHS Charity’s mission is to make a visible difference as they raise funds for local NHS services at Macclesfield District General Hospital, Knutsford Community Hospital, Congleton War Memorial Hospital and a range of community services.
Thousands of people will be taking part in the course which runs through the streets of Manchester. Starting and finishing in the city centre, the course will be packed with live music, charity cheering points, boost zones and incredible support from thousands of local spectators.
