The Rossendale Trust has made ‘The Sunday Times 100 Best Non-For-Profit Organisations to Work For’ for the third year running.
The Macclesfield-based charity & Supported Living provider (for people with learning disabilities) has been named in top 100 companies to work for. In a time where the social care sector is under particular pressure, this is a major achievement for the Macclesfield based organisation.
The journey to becoming listed in this national award began with the Trust’s employee’s participating in anonymous survey in which results were benchmarked against all other entrants across the country. The Trust reached 47th place on the list!
Trust CEO Steve Nichols said, “Being named in the Sunday Times 100 list is a great national achievement for a small local charity. We truly value everyone who works for us! We are a business that delivers an excellent service to people with learning-disabilities.
Based in Sutton, the Rossendale Trust provides care and support for adults with learning and physical disabilities.
