Officers from Northwich Neighbourhood Team have charged two people with breaching a closure order.
John Bloor, 48, and Jane Sharp, 46 were both arrested on at 11.53am on Wednesday 6th November after they were found to haven entered a caravan which was subject to a closure order on Liverpool Road, Northwich.
The pair, both of no fixed abode, have since been charged with contravening a closure order.
They have both been remanded in custody and will appear at Chester Magistrates court today, Thursday 7tht November.
