Police Officers are appealing for witnesses to come forward following an altercation in Macclesfield.
At 4.25pm on Sunday 15th February, police were called to reports of an altercation in Mill Street in Macclesfield.
It was reported that this was believed to involve two men and a woman at some time between 4pm and 4.25pm.
Officers are appealing for anyone who witnessed this incident to get in touch with them as they continue their enquiries.
A 50-year-old man has already been arrested on suspicion of common assault and released on bail.
PC Leigh-Birchall said:
“Enquiries are currently ongoing in relation to this incident, and we are now urging anyone who witnessed it to contact us.
“The same goes for anyone with CCTV or other footage of the incident.
