Detectives investigating the theft of a wallet at a cricket club in Altrincham have released a CCTV image of a man they want to speak to.
The incident is believed to have occurred between 11am and 6pm on Saturday 19th April, and a wallet containing the victim’s bank card was stolen.
The bank card was confirmed to have been used at a number of stores a short time later.
An investigation into the incident is ongoing and officers are continuing to appeal for information.
As part of their enquiries, they have released a CCTV image of a man they would like to speak to in relation to the incident.
It is believed he may be in the Greater Manchester area.
Police Constable John Milman said:
“As part of our investigation, we are keen to hear from anyone with information about the identity of the man pictured or who witnessed anything suspicious around the time of the incident.
“We would also like to appeal directly to the man himself to get in touch with us.”
