On Saturday 17th June, Macclesfield will host the Barnaby Festival Parade welcoming around 800 parade participants with many more visitors lining the parade route.
The Barnaby Festival Parade will generate increased footfall across the town centre creating an amazing atmosphere. We would welcome businesses and homeowners along the route to help cheer on the parade as it passes.

Road Closure Information:
Due to the nature of the event and as in previous years, there will be a number of road closures and rolling closures taking effect at various times between 12pm – 2pm on Saturday 17th June.
The parade will leave Christ Church car park (which will be closed for parking for the day) at 12.30pm with the route passing through via
Great King Street, Bridge Street, Chestergate, Market Place, Mill Street, Roe Street, Bridge Street
before returning to Christ Church. We anticipate the event will be finished by 2pm.
