A man has been charged following an incident in Congleton.
Matthew Wilbraham was arrested at around 3.43pm on Monday 3rd March.
Wilbraham has since been charged with outraging public decency and possession of a class A drug (cocaine).
The 41-year-old has been bailed to appear at Crewe Magistrates' court on Wednesday 2nd April 2025.
The charges relate to an incident on Ullswater Road, Congleton, at 3.30pm on Monday 3rd March.
