A man has been charged with possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life and affray in connection with an incident in Crewe.
Kieran Fagan, of no fixed address, was arrested at an address on Brook Close in Crewe on Monday 18 May.
The 23-year-old has been remanded in custody and is due to appear at Crewe Magistrates Court on Tuesday 19 May.
The charge relates to an incident at 10pm on Sunday 19 April when a shot was fired outside an address on The Birches in Davenport Avenue.
On Friday 1 May 24-year-old Kenneth Stevenson, of Flag Lane in Crewe, was charged with possession of an offensive weapon, possession of a firearm with intent to cause fear of violence and affray.
Nyle Smith, aged 24, of Artle Road in Crewe, was also charged with possession of a firearm with intent to cause fear of violence and affray.
Stevenson and Smith are due to appear at Chester Crown Court on Friday 29 May.
A 20-year-old man arrested on suspicion of possession of a firearm has been released on conditional bail.
