An 18-year-old has been charged with four counts of theft from a shop.
Johnathan Schneider from George Street West in Macclesfield was also charged with possessing counterfeit money.
The charges relate to thefts at Morrisons Local on St John’s Road, Congleton between 6th January and 13th January and Tesco Extra on Hibel Road in Macclesfield on 13th January.
He was remanded in custody to appear at Chester Magistrates on 19th January.
