Cheshire East Council is holding a briefing session for all candidates and agents who are interested in standing in the UK Parliamentary Election on 4 July.
The session will be held for anyone intending to stand as a candidate or act as an agent in the following constituencies:
● Congleton
● Crewe and Nantwich
● Macclesfield
● Tatton
The session will take place in the Capesthorne Room, Macclesfield Town Hall, Market Place, Macclesfield, SK10 1EA at 6pm on Friday 31 May.
Nomination packs and further information regarding the nomination process and election activity will be available at the briefing.

Nomination forms to stand as a candidate at the Parliamentary Elections can be downloaded from the Electoral Commission website.

A Notice of Election will be published on Tuesday 4 June and completed nomination papers must be hand delivered to:

...by appointment between 10am and 4pm from Wednesday 5 June to Friday 7 June.
The deadline for nominations papers to be received is 4pm on Friday 7 June.
