Police are appealing for information following a collision involving two cars in Plumley, near Knutsford.
The incident involving a black Audi A1 and a black Nissan Qashqai occurred on the A556 Chester Road, at the junction with Plumley Moor Road, shortly before 9.45am on Saturday 4 June 2022.
Road closures were put in place and, thankfully, no-one sustained life threatening or life changing injuries as a result of the collision outside the Smoker pub.
The only person who was taken to hospital – the Manchester Royal Infirmary – to receive treatment for injuries was the man who had been driving the Audi.
The driver of the Qashqai was spoken to by officers at the scene.
No arrests have been made in relation to the collision.
Enquiries in relation to the incident are ongoing and the investigating officers are urging anyone with any information or dashcam footage that may aid their investigation to get in touch.
They particularly want to speak to the witnesses who stopped at the scene but left prior to giving details to the police.
