Officers are appealing for information following an incident in Alsager.
At 3.26pm on Saturday 24 July officers were called to Willow Court following reports that a man had fallen from a bike.
Emergency services swiftly attended the scene.
Despite best efforts of all involved, the man died at the scene.
His next of kin have been informed.
