Police investigating a collision on the A559 near Northwich are appealing for information from members of the public.
The collision took place on Marston Lane at the junction with Earles Lane, Wincham and involved a silver Mercedes and a black BMW X5.
The driver of the dark coloured vehicle failed to stop at the scene of the collision and continued to drive towards Northwich.
The driver of the Mercedes attended Victoria Infirmary with injuries described as minor.
It occurred at around 8.15am on Tuesday 16 August.
PC Alex Whitehurst, of Cheshire Constabulary’s Roads and Crime Unit, said: “As part of our ongoing enquiries I am keen to hear from members of the public who may have witnessed the collision take place, have information, or dash cam footage that could assist with the investigation.
“The dark coloured vehicle that failed to stop at the scene of the collision will have sustained damage to the front nearside. I want to take this opportunity to encourage the driver of that vehicle to contact police as soon as possible.”
