Officers investigating the theft of cash and bank cards in Mere are appealing to trace the whereabouts of a man they are looking to speak to in relation to the incident.
Sometime between 11.30am and 1pm on Wednesday 22 February, a report was made that cash, bank cards and a driving licence were taken from a locker at a Golf and Country Club on Chester Road.
It is believed that the card was then used a number of times in the Wilmslow and Knutsford area.
Following a number of enquiries, officers would like to speak to 49-year-old Nicholas Hughes, of Binley in Coventry, and they are urging anyone with information as to his whereabouts to get in touch.
