Detectives have released a CCTV image of a man they are looking to identify following two attempted burglaries in Hartford.
On Wednesday 26th November, police received to reports of an unknown man attempting to break into garages on Beach Road.
The man was unsuccessful on both occasions and fled the scene empty handed. He was witnessed climbing through gardens, travelling towards Greenbank.
Enquiries in relation to the incidents are ongoing and as part investigation officers are keen to identify the man in the CCTV image.
Police Constable Dan Lee, of Northwich Proactive CID, said:
“Thankfully, on this occasion the suspect was unsuccessful in his attempts to gain entry, however we’re keen to identify him as quickly as possible.
“As part of our enquiries, we’re keen to hear from anyone who witnessed anything suspicious in the area.
“The same goes for anyone who recognises the man in the CCTV images as we believe they may hold vital information.
“We would also like to appeal directly to the man pictured to get in touch with us.”
