Knutsford Town Council is working with local marketing agency Boxed Red Marketing to produce a website designed to support Knutsford businesses during the current Covid-19 crisis.
Sandra Curties, Town Centre and Marketing Officer, said, “When Boxed Red Marketing contacted us to work alongside us (without charge) to produce this website we knew it was something we had to do. We’ve been working closely with all businesses during these difficult times and to be able to offer a website that both supports businesses and puts in ‘one place’ what is on offer for residents is an excellent idea.”
Knutsford Town Council has been working very closely with WeAreKnutsford voluntary support group and has been busy maintaining and promoting the Knutsford Virtual High Street Facebook page. This website will work alongside that Facebook page and it is hoped the website can be expanded once the crisis is over.
Ruth Gresty, Managing Director of Boxed Red Marketing, said, “As a team at Boxed Red we wanted to do something to help our local community, both residents and fellow businesses alike, by taking our beautiful high street online (www.knutsfordhighstreet.co.uk). We are very proud to be part of this great town, and are also very proud to be able to help our community during these difficult times. Stay home and stay safe.’
If you are a local Knutsford business who wishes to be included please email Sandra.curties@knutsfordtowncouncil.gov.uk Priority at the moment is given to those who have physical shops and not solely online.
