Detectives investigating a serious assault at a public house near Macclesfield have charged a man in relation to the incident.
At around 1pm on Sunday 24th August, police were called to report that a 26-year-old man had been seriously assaulted a public house in Langley.
Richard Bradbury was later arrested in relation to the incident.
The 32-year-old of Brocklehurst Avenue, Macclesfield, has been charged with section 18 assault.
Bradbury appeared at Warrington Magistrates Court on Saturday 30 August where he was remanded in custody.
He is next set to appear at Chester Crown Court on Monday 29 September.
