Cheshire Police have received reports of tractor GPS system thefts.
| Please take some time to review your property if you have tractors with this type of equipment and consider the below advice:- * Consider lighting and CCTV around the area * If possible store equipment in a secure building * Ensure gates are secured during evenings As a team we understand that it is a busy time for farmers and putting equipment away may take time especially when you are using it the next day , however by making it difficult for criminals to access equipment, this all helps act as a good deterrent along with other crime prevention methods. |
