Police are continuing to appeal for witnesses and dash cam footage following an incident in Crewe town centre.
At 6.45pm on Monday 18 September police were called to reports of an incident at the roundabout which adjoins Mill Street, Oak Street and Vernon Way.
The victim was driving from Oak Street towards Mill Street when two Asian males walked out into the road without warning and have attacked her car, a red Seat Ibiza, causing a large amount of damage to the vehicle. The men then made off on foot.
Officers attended the scene and conducted a search of the area and reviewed CCTV footage but there was no trace of the men.
Sgt Andy Mannering said:
“I’d urge anyone who was passing through the area and who witnessed the incident but has not yet spoken to police, to contact us. The same goes for anyone who has dash cam footage that may help us to identify the suspects.”
Enquiries are ongoing and anyone with any information is asked to call Cheshire Police on 101 or visit:
