Police are appealing for information from the public to help to locate a missing man from Wilmslow.
Roger Whitehead was last seen at around 2am today, Saturday 19 August, in the Moor Lane area of Wilmslow.
The 58-year-old is described as white, around 5’ 5” tall, of slim build, with blue eyes and with short sandy coloured hair.
He is believed to be wearing black jeans, a dark jumper and black Karrimor walking shoes.
Inspector Dan Welch said:
“We have had several officers out and about searching for Roger but this has so far come to no avail, and we are becoming increasingly concerned for his welfare.
“As part of our ongoing enquiries we are asking anyone who thinks that they may have seen Roger, or has any information in relation to his whereabouts, to get in touch with us. I would also like to ask residents in the local area to check their CCTV cameras or video doorbells to see if they have any footage of Roger since he disappeared .
“The same goes for anyone with dashcam footage which may aid our investigation.
“I also want to appeal directly to Roger. If you see this, please contact us to let us know that you are safe and well.”
