Police searching for a missing man from Winsford are appealing for help from the public in locating him.
David Mears was reported missing to police on Thursday 14 March. He was last seen at 4pm on Wednesday 13 March in the Regency Court area of Winsford.
The 55-year-old is described as white, around 6’2” tall, of a stocky build, with grey hair, and a rough beard.
He was last seen wearing a thin navy jacket, black jeans, and black and white trainers. He was also believed to be wearing a cream crew neck knitted jumper.
Officers are urging anyone who sees David or has any information regarding his whereabouts to come forward.
Inspector Mat Beale, said:
“We have been conducting a number of enquiries to trace David and we are becoming increasingly concerned for his welfare.
“I would urge anyone who thinks they may have seen David since he went missing to get in touch with us.
“The same goes for anyone with information regarding his whereabouts, or CCTV or dashcam footage of him since he disappeared.
“I would also like to appeal directly to David; please let us know you are OK, your family is worried about you.”
