A man from Crewe has been banned from multiple convivence stores and retailers across the town.
Keiron McBarron, of no fixed address but of Crewe, was handed the two-year criminal behaviour order at Chester Magistrates' Court on Wednesday 18 December.
Under the order, which was secured by officers from Crewe Beat Management, the 41-year-old is banned from entering the Grand Junction and the Dorothy Flude retail parks in the town (as shown on the attached maps), along with:
- The Morrisons Daily store on West Street
- Any Co-Operative store located in Crewe
Police Constable Justin Taylor, of Crewe South Beat Management, said:
“These orders are just one of the ways we can use all policing tools available to us to better protect the community from those who causing alarm and distress.
“I hope that this order provides reassurance to our local retailers and also assists in curbing McBarron's criminal behaviour in the town.
“Keiron McBarron is under the order until 18 December 2026 and if he fails to comply, he could face a five-year prison sentence.”
