Police are appealing for information after a man was stabbed in Crewe over the weekend.
At 10.41pm on Friday 20 November police were called to Davenport Avenue in Crewe following reports of a man in his 40s with a knife injury.
Police are making a number of enquiries in the area to find the person responsible.
DI Claire Jesson said: “If you have any information or think you know who the suspect is, I would urge you to come forward to help us find whoever carried out this attack. You can report information to Crimestoppers anonymously if you don’t feel you can speak to us.
“We understand that this is very concerning and we are doing everything we can to investigate this. We are currently in the area making a number of enquiries and have stepped up patrols to provide reassurance. If you have any concerns please don’t hesitate to speak to one your local officers out on patrol in your area.“
