Four people have been charged following an investigation into the supply of drugs in the Congleton area.
The charges relate to a series of warrants carried out on Tuesday 28th July 2026 at three addresses – two in Manchester and one in Congleton.
Lucy Dale, 49, of Worral Street, Congleton, has been charged with conspiracy to supply crack cocaine and heroin.
Troy Bennett, 32, of Alness Road, Manchester, was charged with conspiracy to supply crack cocaine and heroin, plus possession of criminal property.
Sakile Mkhwanazi, 26, and Marcelino Sisse, 27, both of City Road East, Manchester, were charged with conspiracy to supply crack cocaine and heroin, possession with intent to supply heroin, crack cocaine, and cannabis, plus possession of criminal property.
All four are set to appear at Chester Crown Court on Thursday 27th August 2026.
