Police appeal for witnesses and dash cam following Crewe fail to stop collision

Saturday, 31 October 2026 at 12:01

Police are appealing for witnesses and dash cam footage following a fail to stop collision in Crewe.

At 6.50pm on Wednesday 28th October a delivery driver was crossing Broad Street when a dark coloured Ford Fiesta collided with him before heading off in the direction of Remer Street.

The delivery driver was taken to hospital with serious injuries.

Sgt Russ Sime said:

“I’d urge anyone who witnessed the collision and has not yet spoken to police and anyone with dash cam footage to contact us so that we can track down the vehicle and its driver.

“I’d also appeal directly to the driver of the Fiesta to do the right thing and contact us.”

Anyone with information should contact Cheshire Police on 101 or via the website quoting IML 2447283.
