Police are appealing for witnesses following a fatal collision on the A556 in Lostock Gralam.
At 12.56am on Tuesday 18 June a lorry was in collision with a pedestrian as it was travelling toward the M6.
The pedestrian, a 31-year-old man from Northwich, sadly died at the scene.
