Two men have been charged with drugs offences following a police stop check in the Winsford.
Leonard Hunter and Archie Kettle were both arrested on Monday 10th March after being stopped by plain clothed officers in the Gladstone Street area.
During the arrests, a quantity of illegal drugs was recovered along with a mobile phone and a large amount of cash.
Hunter, aged 18, of Springfield Avenue in Malpas, and Kettle, aged 19, of Tilstock Lane in Tilstock, have both since been charged with two counts of possession with intent to supply class A drugs (heroin and crack cocaine), two counts of being concerned in the supply of class A drugs (heroin and crack cocaine), and possession of criminal property.
The pair have both been remanded in custody and are due to appear at Chester Magistrates Court on Tuesday 11th March.
