The Cheshire Neighbourhood Watch Association (CNWA) is looking for nominations for their fifth Neighbourhood Awards.
Do you know someone who works in your community, or a volunteer who lives within Cheshire (including Halton and Warrington) who:
- goes out of their way to ensure your neighbourhood is safe?
- has done something amazing to help your neighbourhood?
- has initiated action(s) in the community to overcome nuisance or criminal activity?
- has been an active Neighbourhood Watch coordinator for many years?
has stepped up to become a Neighbourhood Watch coordinator in a challenging environment?
The Cheshire Neighbourhood Watch Association (CNWA) is looking for nominations for our fifth Neighbourhood Awards. The winners will be announced at our AGM and Awards evening in November 2024.

By midday on 18th October 2024 telling us what they have done, and why you think they deserve to win. There are five categories of awards, but you can nominate as many people as you like by repeated completion of the nomination form, and you can also nominate the same person for more than one category.
- Cheshire Neighbourhood Watch Coordinator of the Year
- Cheshire New Neighbourhood Watch Coordinator of the Year
- Cheshire Neighbourly Neighbour of the Year
- Cheshire Individual for Services to the Public
- Cheshire Police Community Support Officer (PCSO)
When are the awards announced?
Started as Home Watch in Mollington, Cheshire in 1982, Neighbourhood Watch has since grown to become the largest volunteer network in the UK. The award winners will be decided by representatives of the Cheshire Neighbourhood Watch Association.
The awards will be presented as part of the CNWA AGM and Awards evening on Wednesday 27th November at the Cheshire Football Association HQ in Northwich.
