Three people charged following reported burglary in Northwich

Detectives investigating a break in at a building site in Northwich have charged three men in relation to the incident.

At 7.55pm on Monday 22nd June, police were called to reports of intruders on Orchard View new build housing estate.

Police attended the scene and three men were arrested.

Following questioning Vincent Clayton, 48, of Northwich Road, Antrobus and Logan Clayton, 28, of Hall Lane, Partington, have both been charged with theft by finding, they are both due to appear at Chester Magistrates Court on Friday 23 October.

Dean Brereton, 38, of Broadbent Avenue, Latchford, has been charged with handling stolen goods. He is due to appear at Chester Magistrates Court on Tuesday 20 October.
