Mid Cheshire Hospitals are launching the Big Conversation, a large-scale engagement programme running from March to May 2025, aimed at gathering insights from staff, patients and the community to help shape the future of healthcare.
The Big Conversation will provide an opportunity for people to reflect on past progress, discuss key priorities, and contribute ideas that will influence the Trust’s healthcare services, including our care models, sustainability efforts, transformation ambitions as well as plans for a new Leighton Hospital.
The programme includes a series of forums designed to encourage open dialogue and collaboration including:
-
Dedicated forums engaging staff, stakeholders, and partners.
-
Community Forums: With sessions in Cheshire East and in Cheshire West – the first session taking place in Nantwich Civic Hall between 9.30am and 12.30pm on Friday 28 March.
-
Focused Discussions: Covering Models of Care, sustainability, and the new hospital project.
-
Interactive Sessions: Including ‘world café’ style discussions, marketplace displays, and a feedback wall to ensure all voices are heard.
-
Pop-up Engagement sessions: Small engagement events will be held across community locations over the coming months
Why Get Involved?
