A man from Northwich has been charged with breaching his Sexual Harm Prevention Order.
Stephen Bushell was arrested on Wednesday 8th July, following allegations that he had been inappropriately engaging with a teenager.
The 58-year-old of School Lane in Lostock Gralam has since been charged with five counts of breaching a Sexual Harm Prevention Order, one count of sexual assault and one count of stalking.
Bushell appeared at Chester Magistrates Court on Friday 10th July where he was remanded in custody.
He is next set to appear at Crewe Magistrates Court on Wednesday 15th July.
