Officers in Northwich are appealing for information from the public to help trace a 28-year-old man.
Richard Cunliffe from Northwich is wanted after failing to appear in court in relation to driving offences.
He is described as white, 5’9” tall, of proportionate build, with short dark brown hair, and brown eyes.
